Great information thanks Cris, I’ve seen your webinars before and I like your content and also the way you talk to all of the new investors straight forward and not like other gurus that they promise us every thing will work perfectly, they just want to sell us a product, they are very good marketers.
I will watch your next videos, thanks again for this great content.

Hey Chris,
I just viewed your videos and really like the fact that they are concise and honest. I particulartly liked “Behind Closed Doors” as it reflects my past year’s experience with another RE guru. Iwas convinced to invest a substantial sum of money for a bunch of videos, CDs, and personal coaching as a sure path to riches. Unfortunately after more than a year with them, I have yet to earn a dollar despite having websites and software that I have no idea how to use efficiently.The coaches I was assigned were too busy to stick with me through implementation of a deal or busy marketing their own software product. I’m really hoping that my association with you will reverse this situation and finally result in me closing a deal and making some money.

Cris, have you had any problems with the new government rules and investors concerning the “assignment” contract?
By the way, really enjoying your videos and the way you’re explaining them.
I think there are a lot of people that make this business harder than it really is.
So far I like what I see.

OUTSTANDING. I have been hitting my Realtor thru e-mail for the last few days now bout sending me a list of absentee owners in my area. Now here you come along and show me how I can locate them myself. Chris Chico, My hats off to you bro. Priceless. There are so many other that would have charged a arm and a leg for this info and you give it away for FREE!!!!!
