I saw your videos and they are interesting in that you only do one form of marketing. I think that is good. On the website you said you contact absentee owners. Do you ask them if they are interested in selling their house? Do you not look for properties that are “for sale”?

I don’t have a website yet. Have to do that first deal to get the cash flow needed to invest in business marketing materials.

Finally! Chris, thank you for this video. I loved the way that you pointed out that their a lot of RE guru’s out there, that talk a lot game, and fluff, but you don’t get anywhere. I also agree on the bandit sign opinion. You could probably put up one bandit sign of the house that you are trying to market, and that’s it. Because a lot of cities around the country have strict ordinances regarding the signs, and wave goodbye to your money when they are taken down. I’m going to check out the rest of the videos. Thanks for making my day.
