    Great content, easy to follow, very good delivery and believable. I’ve been looking for an inclusive real method to real estate investing.

    I always learn something new from you. Thanks. Haven’t done my first deal yet for lack of funds to do marketing or do an option. Will soon though. Have got to get out of only SS rut.

    Mr Chico,
    I viewed the tapes and am very impressed.
    I tried real estate investing and did not got well for me.
    I am still excited about Real Estate Investing and your approach. will it work legally in ohio is my next question, getting into the business but like others I am confused.
    I don’t have a of money to invest. I am retired after working 40 years and would like to work for myself next. Is your program a one time fee or monthly cost as well?

    I know of at least one ‘guru’ in TX that has copied your material and put it out as his own.
    People would not do this if your methods didn’t work.
    I think your technique to find ready and willing BUYERS can used in many other niches of real estate investing, such as: Probates, REOs and Bankruptcies.
    These all require ALL CASH BUYERS.

    Hola Boriqua,

    I’ve taken three very expensive courses that have left me to say the least, absolutely confused. I’ve been trying to put the pieces together for the past several months. And now, I am skeptical about these so called gurus. But viewing your videos, I’m convinced that you are the Real Deal. Thanks for simplifying all this mess I’ve got going on in my head.
    I’ll pick one strategy, and try to master it.
