After listining to you speech, I realized that I am suffering from “paralysis of analysis”. Yes, I have been atteding seminars and purchasing reading material since January, and I have not done nothing yet.

Several expensive courses later, and I have never heard it broken down so simple before. I love the idea of picking one strategy and focusing on it, before trying to do another. I can finally put one thing into action, and try to retreive my tuition.

Is your system similar to Ameraco? They are a a company you submit your deals and get paid a 10% fee per deal purchase price. Like wholeselling. They want 500.00 to sign up with them. I guess I could get a list from MLS of all cash sales and find the buyers from there. Whats your advice? There are alot of courses out there. Whose do you choose????
